We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our consulting and coaching company. This role focuses on acquiring new clients for our social media, digital marketing, and advertising services at Pathway Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to book new clients for the firm
- Conduct outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns
- Conduct warm calling to nurture leads and build relationships
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in inside sales and business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages preferred
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales processes
- Experience with outbound calling and warm calling techniques
