Travel Coordinator

Starting Pay Range $24.00 - $28.50 - Hourly Depending on experience Job Description: The PIE Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Pathways in Education programs. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:* Book airline, hotel/lodging, tour/activity reservations, and bus/shuttle transportation to and from the airports. Responsible for supporting all Pathways in Education programs. Responsible for the distribution and collection of Programs’ paperwork. Conducts meetings/orientations with students, parents, school site staff, and vendors. Collects, organizes, and develops billing reports for programs. Manages relationships between company programs and all outside organizations/vendors. Responsible for tour/activity reservations for additional services purchased by groups and individuals. Ability to travel as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently, exercising reasonable judgment, in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills, while maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and a customer service attitude. Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with students, parents, co-workers, and business contacts courteously and professionally. Proficient in Google Suite and database management. Demonstrate critical thinking skills Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience working in an Educational environment is preferred.
