Description
The Doctor Liaison is the primary sales and marketing person responsible for building relationships between dentists’ offices and our network of providers to increase the number of patients referred to our specialty providers for treatment and care. A Doctor Liaison is the representative for doctors and dental practices, and bridges the communication gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians.
To be a successful Doctor Liaison, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. You will log your activities into the company’s CRM system. You should also be willing to travel to complete your duties.
- Surveying local primary and specialty dentists and applicable medical providers to increase the number of patient referrals to the healthcare system.
- Introduce providers to local referring doctors.
- Meets with local practices, doctors, and clinical directors
- Provides business cards and other patient referral collateral and tools to referring doctors, teams, and practices
- Helps organize and schedule necessary doctor meetings
- Helping doctors to build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons to refer patients with confidence.
- Growing doctor referrals and connecting our network with the local dental & healthcare community.
- Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals.
- Increasing high revenue procedures and surgeries.
- Reporting to the chief marketing officer and ensuring you comply with the marketing goals and philosophies of our network.
- Reporting on your progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships within the company's CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of management experience
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experienced in or, aptitude to become proficient in dental and orthodontic practice management systems.
- Detail oriented and focused on quality
- Highly collaborative and able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead and manage team

Pay: $24,601.16 - $142,360.76 per year
