Primary responsibilities focus on new and used inventory car deal processing
- Audit and stack incoming sold car deals
- Validate documents and related charges
- Proof checklist of required documents
- Acquire needed/missing documents
- Make copies/scan documents
- Some follow up with customers
This position is a high demand and fast paced final checkpoint on all new and used retail and wholesale vehicle sales. This is the final processing point for all car deals and requires attention to accuracy and completion. Being highly organized and having a strong ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment will ensure success at this level.
Automotive experience is preferred, and it does open the door for higher compensation with added responsibility and opportunity for advancement. This is an excellent position for individuals that have previous experience working in an automotive accounting office as a title clerk.
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This schedule is also somewhat flexible, and if work permits, overtime is available as well.
