Position Summary: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will play a critical role in our finance team, providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate and proficiency with financial software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with respective asset and property management, as well as finance team.
- Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends.
- Prepare and present financial reports to CFO & Leadership team.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager for financial management and reporting.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create comprehensive financial documents and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
