The Paul Larson Allstate Agency is looking for a results-driven, full-time, insurance agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. As an insurance agent, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Paul Larson's agency has a friendly, goals-driven environment that's fostered through a sales and customer relationship focus between agents annually through additional compensation.
This position is remote.
Must live in Colorado.
Candidate must currently be fully licensed with a valid property and casualty license.
The base pay is $40,000 with an opportunity yield of $55,000 - $75,000 annually in your first year.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with risk management.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Get ahead of the game in best practices and promotional trends!
Skills
- Must be sociable and friendly
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to demonstrate good risk management
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Have good time management and organization skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
