Overview
Provides sales support and analysis to Business Development management to ensure growth within the division, accurate and timely reporting, and ongoing interaction with partners. Assists with administrative projects that support sales and ongoing questions from internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes different tracking systems, including Sales Force and other internal corporate tracking systems, to maintain accurate records of all leads and other activities for the partner.
- Acts as point of contact for sales teams, business development team, and partners to address inquiries regarding lead status.
- Assists in developing presentations, pricing proposals, training documents, client onboarding, and normal administrative duties to support business development.
- Ensures that all assigned internal analysis and monthly processes are completed on time and within quality control guidelines.
- Reports business development unit metrics and revenue as assigned in a timely manner to ensure statistics are current.
- Works with other internal departments and external partners to ensure current and future processes are adequate to support accurate timely reporting, tracking of incentive contests, and unit/revenue sales.
- Works with Corporate Support to identify system related issues and help to develop resolutions to rectify potential and existing problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 5 years of experience in Related field.
