Great store management is essential to any successful organization. As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the operations and success of a Consumer Loan Office. You will help foster a positive and motivating environment for employees and customers. The Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining a hard-working, productive and effective branch that delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives, financial goals and growth.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- The Branch Manager will manage daily office operations and procedures
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
- Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
- Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through obtaining new borrowers and retaining existing borrower
- Ensure effective teamwork and communication to meet customer needs
- Promote all products including Tax Preparation.
- The Branch Manager will train employees to solicit and grow offices
- Conduct daily collection calls with staff and provide support/feedback
- Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses
- Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully

What We Are Looking For:
- Prior leadership experience in a sales or customer service-oriented position
- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Results driven and customer focused Branch Manager
- High-energy, collaborative leadership expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
