Meet our team The Consumer platform team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mobile Manager to lead our mobile strategy and drive growth across our mobile platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of mobile engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our mobile initiatives. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and business teams to ensure that our mobile offerings are best-in-class and aligned with our overall business objectives. Job Description: Your way to impact Lead the development and execution of the mobile product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key features and enhancements. Manage a team of mobile product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables and career growth opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive the development and launch of new mobile products and features. Your day to day Monitor and analyze mobile app usage and user behavior data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Work closely with business teams to understand market trends and competitive landscape and incorporate insights into product strategy and execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to drive successful product development and partnerships. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mobile product performance and drive continuous improvement in performance and user engagement. What do you need to bring- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or related field. 8 years of experience in mobile engineering management, with a track record of success in developing and launching mobile apps and features. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Deep understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies, including iOS and Android platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
