Position Summary
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for Paysafe’s products and services. This role involves analyzing market trends, costs, and margin factors to determine competitive pricing that meets the company’s financial goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a flexible hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote during the work week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SVP, Pricing to develop strategic pricing policies and plans for the global organization.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to understand demand, competition, and potential pricing opportunities.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of pricing strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the pricing team, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies regarding pricing practices.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools for effective decision-making.
- Communicate pricing strategies and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners to optimize costs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Business, Economics, Finance, etc.) required.
- years of experience of in pricing, finance or similar analytical role, required.
- years of experience leading a team of professionals.
- in Payments industry, preferred.
- in SQL and in Python, preferred.
- analytical and problem-solving skills.
- negotiation abilities.
- communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
