What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Attorney position at PC Law Associates?

By ensuring an exceptional borrower experience through efficient and compliant methodologies, we have been able to assist clients with more than 300,000 real estate closings.
We are seeking Licensed Attorneys in good standing to become a part of our team! We are seeking attorneys in DE. You will meet with the borrower either in home or a neutral location of their choice to conduct real estate closings such as refinance, HELOC, purchase , reverse, etc. Ideal candidates will have prior real estate closing experience and a willingness to provide the best signing experience for borrowers. Flexible hours, professional management, and competitive compensation; All of our processes have been reviewed and are compliant with state requirements. This is a great opportunity for solo practitioners or newly licensed attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Confirm appointment with borrower in advance of closing
- Print closing packages
- Travel to closing location
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing
- Notary License
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- E&O/Malpractice insurance not required but recommended
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
