The successful candidate will show a track record of ability to execute a variety of research methods to produce accurate and detailed insights. They should also be highly skilled with organizing and presenting insights to others in the organization, both experienced and inexperienced with research.
FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
- Develop primary and secondary research strategy and execute plan
- Scope and create interview guides for primary research
- Scope and execute customer loyalty, NPS, and satisfaction surveys
- Scope and execute project surveys including analysis of data and recommendation for strategic business decisions
- Complete primary research on competitors to uncover opportunities for differentiation
- Execute research, leveraging multiple methods, to uncover insights, answer questions, and validate assumptions
- Review incoming VOC feedback and identify opportunities for research/development
- Analyze and organize data into actionable insights and recommended improvements
- Facilitate organized sessions to diagnose problems and brainstorm solutions
- Share and evangelize insights across organization, driving measurable change
- Partner with marketing managers and digital team to produce quantitative and qualitative customer insights
- Support multiple product teams with insight to inform roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain panel of customers willing to participate in our research
- Participate in iterative design process by supporting customer testing and validation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, business, or related degree
- 2 years of experience as a researcher or analyst
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to tell stories with data and insights
- Strong data analysis skills to determine trends and insights through data
- Experience with customer feedback platforms required (Qualtrics preferred/a plus)
- Experience performing primary research on competitors
- Experience identifying and combining research tactics and methods such as surveys and interviews
- Experience scoping and creating interview guides for qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience creating artifacts such as personas and journey maps
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work directly with customers
- Experience in UX/UI strategy, content strategy, and usability a plus
- Strong business acumen including ability to tie insight to strategic goals
Salary : $58,000 - $73,400
