About Us

PCScompanies was founded in 1988 with the specific objective to provide professional construction management services to clients in the health care, educational, commercial, and institutional markets, in both public and private sectors.  

PCS' CEO, Pete Perticarini, oversees the 2 divisions of PCS as well as the President of &build.  The divisions of PCScompanies are &build and &estimate.  The Presidents for each division are as follows: 

• &build - Pete Perticarini
• &estimate - Brandon Lawlor

PCScompanies is a 60% ESOP (with the remaining shares owned by share-holders) and is a Sub Chapter S Corporation headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.  (The 60% is subject to change)
