The Human Resource Consultant will provide on-call or on-site consultation on matters typically assigned to the Human Resource function. Provide best-practices advice to PCS Clients. This position provides tactical fundamental Human Resource support to the client’s top management; consultant will deal with organizational issues including employee relations, employment law, policies and procedures, sexual harassment, discrimination, and matters of compliance. Support will be delivered by email, in person (on site) and/or telephone counsel. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on a variety of human resource topics including recruitment, employee relations, organizational structure, and training and development. This position will develop and implement strategies, manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Consultant will be a key member of the organization's human resources team and provide critical support to the organization's success.
*Consultant pay/rates are based on a project to project basis*.
