PDQ Staffing is hiring a Returns Processor/Clerk for a Distribution center located in Carrollton TX.
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
Pay rate: $17.00-18.00/HR Depending on experience.

Job Summary: Assist with all aspects of customer returns, processing RMA requests; damaged goods; credit memos; customer service issues and emails; and RTV’s and GRN’s. Works closely with RMA coordinator, Operations Return Coordinator, and Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all returns in accordance with Company processes and guidelines, these include and are not limited to: walk-in customers, quick portal, customer service emails, customer calls/faxes, etc.
- After inspection, verification, and Bin assignment, issues credit memo.
- For items that are determined to be defective, follow vendor protocol and internal company policy to obtain warranty credit from the vendor and follow through with open issues, making sure vendor issues promised to credit and Warehouse personnel properly handles the disposition of the item.
- Help locate “missing” parts” (parts that should be delivered to customers but cannot be located) by contacting drivers, cross-dock leads, and customers – communicate with warehouse and sales – give updates. Scenarios include: the part is on the wrong truck, still on the correct truck but overlooked, delivered to the wrong customer, or delivered to the correct customer who just overlooked it.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a related field or similar environment.
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
