Pay Rate: $22-30 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 1st shift working Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience operating metal forming equipment, particularly a press brake, within a production environment. Experience with set up is advantageous. This role requires the ability to read and interpret fabrication prints and work instructions, perform first-piece inspection, and meet production and quality standards in an ISO 9000 registered facility.
Responsibilities:
Operate metal forming equipment, including a press brake, in accordance with safety protocols and production requirements.
Read and interpret fabrication prints and work instructions accurately.
Perform first-piece inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize metal working and fabricating tools, such as notching press, radius press, time-saver, shear, spot welder, punch press, multi-tapper, and drill press.
Conduct drilling, tapping, and grinding of metal parts as required.
Carry out mechanical assembly tasks as needed.
Manufacture and form parts according to provided prints.
Utilize precision measuring devices, including verniers, micrometers, protractors, and squares, to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience operating metal forming equipment, preferably including a press brake, in a production environment.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication prints and work instructions accurately.
Familiarity with the safe operation of industrial equipment and basic hand and power tools.
Experience with set up is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
