The following outlines primary responsibilities and expectations:

  • Work with VIP coordinator identifying the hotel’s most frequent and valuable guests.

 

  • Respond to comment cards in GMS specific and appropriate to the comments or issues.

 

  • Work with F&B on identifying loyal guests

 

  • Input OpenTable data into Guest Management System (GMS).

 

  • Attend one division meeting per month to explore ways data analysis could assist the area.

 

  • Maintain GMS profiles.

 

  • Work with Marketing team to target market valuable guest

 

  • Ensure correct data entry into Opera S&C and PMS

 

  • Assist Sales and Catering with data extraction

 

  • Rate shop audit and tracking

 

  • Attend Web Analytics monthly calls with TravelClick
