Spa Administrator
This is currently a 5-Day Per Week Position
Peaches Skin Care is looking for a Spa Administrator for our Long Beach location. We are a tight-knit group looking to add to our Peaches family. As Spa Administrator you would be the front of the salon. Being the front of the salon means interacting with all clients and building solid relationships with them to help develop the incredible customer service we are known for. We are a high-end all-natural skin care salon, so maintaining a professional and friendly persona is of utmost importance. Bonus points for anyone who is health-oriented and enjoys natural alternatives! We are simply looking for an enthusiastic individual who can multitask like an expert and loves changing the lives of many!
Duties include:
-Scheduling Clients
-Answering calls/Calling Clients
-Maintaining Inventory Reports
-Maintaining Income Reports
-Overseeing daily tasks within the salon
-Assisting Estheticians when and where necessary
Ideal Candidate is:
-Punctual-Professional in appearance and personality
-Has superior customer service skills
-Is able to multi-task efficiently-
Has computer skills in both Word and Excel
-Has a passion for natural skin care/beauty
-Has an optimistic attitude and is a team player
The position will start at $18/hour; however, weekly bonus plans relating to package and product sales will come into play following the completion of a mandatory training period. If applicable, package sale commissions will be a part of the compensation plan as well.
