Operations Support Mgr

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team here at the vibrant Aloft Hillsboro. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company with primary focus on all things Food and Beverage, including but not limited to Banquets and Catering. Your role will involve being hands on managing and improving processes, leading a team, and driving business growth.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train, Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support in F&B Department
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of groups and events
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery
- Monitor sales performance and profit loss, making necessary adjustments as needed

-Ordering and tracking inventory

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth
- Strategic planning abilities to develop and execute effective strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ability to supervise and manage employees effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required

-Food Handlers or ServSaf and OLCC required
