Job Posting for Call Center Representative at Peak Custom Remodeling
We are looking for 1-2 highly experienced inside sales representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The job would be part time/full time approximately 35-40 hours per week and pays a combination of hourly, commissions, and bonuses.
Compensation would be $900 and up to $1500 per week ($46,800-$78,000/year) working only 8 hours per day. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively fielding customer inquires, questions, and concerns; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in an efficient manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Make detailed notes of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role - call center, sales, and/or telemarketing experience preferred
Previous experience with cold calling preferred
Track record of over-achieving quota with attention to detail.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - MarketSharp experience preferred but not required
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
