Come join the Peak Health team as a Manager, Marketing, contributing to the foundation for an innovative, new health plan. This position will play a unique and important role in our mission to change healthcare for the better.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing data, drafting, and executing email marketing campaigns, managing website and social media content, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot from strategic to tactical execution while working across multiple levels within the organization. Experience in the healthcare insurance industry and critical thinking skills are necessary to contribute to the mission of the organization.

Familiarity with website performance monitoring tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4).
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and collaboratively in a team environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Six (6) years of health insurance sales or marketing experience
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Product launch or market entry experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and compliance requirements
- 2 years of management experience
- Support brand development and implement the company's overall marketing strategy based on industry trends, behaviors, and competitive landscape in collaboration with executive leadership
- Lead and manage partnerships and provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives for both paid and earned media placements including placement of advertisements in local and specialized media.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, advertising, and events.
- Create marketing content, internal and external including copy, graphics, print, and videos, that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage website content, including updating pages, blog posts, and other content as necessary.
- Create and maintain an effective and user-friendly websites and member-facing materials.
- Maintain active involvement in the community through volunteer efforts, professional memberships, or similar activities.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities, including tradeshows, webinars, press conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Oversees creation of Power Point presentations, fliers, and other documents, as requested.
- Drafts external press releases as well as internal communications.
- Maintains spreadsheet schedules for all Marketing & Communications projects and posts frequent updates on status.
- Compiles monthly and quarterly reports of Marketing & Communications activities and projects.
- Managing a variety of administrative functions to support the timely and successful execution of marketing plans and other activities for the Marketing/Communications Department.
- Maintains inventory of publications and assists with mailing and other means of distribution.
- Coordinates with leadership team in communications with internal and external vendors and clients.
- Responsible for management of a staff.
- Occasional travel.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
