Scope of Work at a BIG BOX RETAIL STORE:
We are seeking experienced Racking/Pallet Installer Leads to join our team for projects at several big box retail stores. The successful candidates will follow a detailed scope of work document, involving the removal of damaged steel and installation of new steel. Experience in installing Warehouse racking is a plus, specifically with cantilever, conveyor, or h-frame pallet racking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the removal of damaged steel and installation of new steel.
- Follow the provided scope of work document diligently.
- Utilize expertise in Warehouse racking installation (cantilever, conveyor, h-frame pallet racking).
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pallet Installer Lead or similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in installing Warehouse racking, specifically cantilever, conveyor, or h-frame pallet racking.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
