We at Peak are looking for an Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team as part of the day to day recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits, training and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Updating and maintaining employee records electronically.
  • Manage the organization?s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
