Supports the maintenance of existing tools that support all macro and micro space initiatives. Responsible for supporting the development of new tools, processes, and reporting under the mentorship of the Assortment Services leadership.

Recipe for Success - What's “in store” for the role

• Collaborate with POG Execution, ADUSA IT, Assortment Services and Contracted teams to find opportunities to improve POG development & Floor Plan development.
• Collaborate with Assortment Services team to build new reporting capabilities using POG, Floorplan and Sales data.
• Subject Matter Authority on Blue Yonder with detailed knowledge on program capabilities and how to optimize for business needs.
• Work with the Assortment Tool to assist in resolving issues.
• Work with the PodSlotter application to assist in relevant workstreams.
• Assists in the annual collection and reporting of Fair Share Vendor billing for the ADUSA Brands.
• Manages process to generate and load store specific rankings.

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients

• 1 years of Analytics experience
• Associate's Degree or relevant coursework (Retail work history will be considered in lieu of education.)
• Knowledge of syndicated data and Microsoft Suite of tools.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and SQL.
• Ability to travel locally for store visits.
• Periods of sedentary work involving computers and virtual meetings.
