Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate those markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clients
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting new clients
- Strong public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales projections
- Strong market knowledge to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
