Purpose of the position:
Reports to the Manager of Enrollment Strategy as a part of Enrollment Experience. The Enrollment Analyst supports regional enrollment by analyzing metrics for their assigned schools, identifying areas of opportunity, communicating practical application and strategies with internal stakeholders and school leaders, and ensure requested student-specific tasks are completed for external clients. Must be a proven contributor for tactics to drive enrollment and ensure exceptional customer service to external clients and internal stakeholders.
Core tasks and responsibilities
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and metrics that drive conversion to meet customer goals throughout the enrollment season.
- Analyze enrollment reports to identify trends and conversion opportunity; understand enrollment requirements to determine school-specific strategy for improving enrollment efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the enrollment process and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Execute streamlined support for schools and regional teams; develop tools to share findings and solutions; partner with solutions teams for automation opportunities.
- Orchestrates communication channels for applicant messaging and eligibility requirements.
- Share key findings and recommendations to improve conversion with internal stakeholders and school staff.
- Identifies process gaps and documents task functions to ensure efficiency and standardization.
- Triage escalated student-specific enrollment and placement situations as necessary. Collaborate on development of internal accountability processes that reduce escalations and improve the enrollment experience for families.
- Maintain record of process changes and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with Student Retention team on returning student strategy, goals, campaigns, and timeline.
- Participate in Key Enrollment Dates meetings in coordination with internal stakeholders; develop school-specific key date recommendations and advocate for outcomes that create a positive enrollment experience for families and school clients.
- Represent Enrollment Experience department in monthly account meetings with school leaders and internal cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments on school count day strategies to maximize funding and meet regulatory requirements.
- Support charter renewal and new school application process as it relates to the enrollment experience.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for assigned region of partner schools; promote continuous learning among family-facing team members and acquisition of in-depth knowledge of school-specific features and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Previous leadership experience within Enrollment and Customer Engagement recommended
- Experience working cross-departments in a matrix organization
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook365 suite
- Excellent data analysis, presentation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver positive outcomes
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quality, informed decisions
- Advanced knowledge of internal systems and enrollment reports preferred
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Minimum full-time salary range is between $50,000-53,000
