We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Product Management to enable delivery of beautiful and effective digital learning experiences. You will report to the Director, Product Management and will join a team that is growing at a rapid pace. If you enjoy solving tough problems and are passionate about helping others, we would love to hear from you.
You will be executing solutions that will deliver digital learning experiences across multiple applications. The high-level responsibilities include:
Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to increase scale, usability, speed and margin
Manage product dependencies within and across partner teams and the likely downstream impacts due to strategic and development decisions
Be a goal-oriented leader, keeping sight of priorities, creating plans around strengths and delivering consistently
Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a wide spectrum of audiences
Create documentation, refine release notes, and coordinate messaging for high impact features and bugs
Anticipate and resolve risks, obstacles, and timing issues
Create epics and user stories to meet product goals
Assist in the validation of completed user stories and features
Key collaboration/interfaces:
Own relationships with partner product teams and colleagues in other areas of expertise, ensuring timely communication and collaboration
Drive design with the lens to make the complex simple
Work closely with onshore and offshore engineering, quality assurance, product and project management teams to scope efforts, define requirements, identify dependencies, and address roadblocks
Competencies:
4 years product management, or equivalent experience
1 years management experience
Experience working with content creation, workflow enablement and/or digital publishing a must
Demonstrated ability to be effective working with multi-functional project teams
Experience with Jira
