Marketing & Brand Copywriter
The Pearson eCommerce team is seeking a Copywriter to focus on ideating and writing for campaigns and promotions as a critical part of our growing Creative team. In this role, you’ll help tell forward-thinking stories that deliver on strategic objectives. The right person for this role is an imaginative storyteller, a dedicated problem-solver, self-motivating, reliable, detail-oriented, curious, passionate, and collaborative.
This is an opportunity for a talented writer with a killer sense of humor and a healthy flair for the dramatic to contribute to an evolving creative vision and marketing strategy. In addition, you will help build our Direct to Consumer brand across various channels and assets. Opportunities are yours for the making.
Responsibilities
- Expect to balance working independently and collaboratively alongside creative directors, designers, and product teams.
- Help develop breakthrough content that builds brand love and drives engagement.
- Take responsibility for producing copy for various campaign assets, ensuring the individual pieces adhere to the overall strategy, tone, and message.
- Contribute to the development of and adherence to our eCommerce platform brand voice and tone. Quality control and proofreading of deliverables.
- We are looking for a Content Writer who maintains a go-getter attitude and consistently delivers top-level work
- Use your stellar writing skills to create high-performing messaging and storytelling across the funnel and across all channels.
- Be a brand voice custodian, ensuring consistency, strong brand voice and integrity across all creative. This includes approving and editing copy both at a regional and global level

- Strong concepting and copywriting experience
- You are an agile copywriter and storyteller, with expertise in different forms of content, from marketing assets, to landing pages and products.
- You can execute as well as concept; with the ability to own end-to-end projects and creative development
- You can take data and Insights to inform creative, with a genuine enthusiasm for the product and storytelling!
- An individual who loves working to pace, can build incredible relationships with stakeholders, with clear communication and high energy!
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
