Pearson's Clinical Assessment Training Services team is in search of part-time learning facilitators with a clinical and/or educational background to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. This position requires a proven ability to take complex technical information and make it relevant to real-world practice. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent customer relations skills and a strong knowledge of adult-learning principles. This is a needs-based, part-time, hourly position.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State, and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum hourly range is between $30.00 - $130.00 per hour.
This position is not benefits or bonus eligible.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Educational Administration, Speech/Language, or closely related field
- Current professional license
- 15 yrs in clinical or K-12 educational setting
- Five years of experience with administration and interpretation of clinical assessment instruments and/or interpreting classroom assessment data
- Proficiency with at least 5 Pearson assessment products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficient using Zoom and other webcast technologies to deliver high quality webinars to customers
- Demonstrated experience using various digital and in-person engagement strategies to facilitate active learning
- Experience with using standardized professional development materials (PowerPoint, handouts, guides, etc.) and adapting trainings to meet individual customer needs
- Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced clinical data
- Ability to understand assessment applications within a larger systemic context
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding and application of adult learning concepts with professional development delivery
- Detail oriented and ability to work well in a changing environment
- Familiarity with CE (Continuing Education) requirements
- Respond to all correspondence within 48hrs of receipt
- Regularly attend monthly consultant meetings
- Have flexible availability for training at least 6-8 days per month (as this position is a part-time, hourly position based on customer need there is no guarantee of hours assigned)
- Ability to travel as needed for onsite trainings; some international travel may be required
- Willingness to complete additional projects as requested (training content development, content review, large project assistance)
