We are a community-focused outpatient clinic providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition therapy, developmental classes, and community events to children up to 21 years of age.
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Full Time Client Services Office Coordinator to join our outpatient services team in our Frederick clinic.
In this role, the coordinator will handle customer service inquiries and coordinate appointments for patients and therapists based on procedures requested, as well as other assigned duties.
The Office Coordinator will demonstrate consistent professional conduct, have a positive attitude, and be detail-oriented.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, computer competency, and knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
The Office Coordinator must be organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a demanding workload with accuracy.
This position will involve clerical duties that may also include the following :
Maintaining databases
Assisting with medical record duties (saving / purging files)
Faxing and scanning patient documents
Entering patient notes into medical records
Answering phones
Taking appropriate action when responding to questions from patients and / or staff
Updating patient account information
Ensuring all necessary equipment and testing supplies are available to staff
Collecting patient copays and account payments
Completing scheduling and appointment reminder phone calls
Assist with questions and requests regarding KidMotion and Wellness programs
Ensure all office supplies are stocked
Ensure that the office and lobby are clean and organized at all times
Monitor and analyze OMS data in collaboration with Client Services Manager
Create and evaluate weekly goals with the Client Services Manager
