Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Pegasus Medical Concepts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming customer inquiries, address and resolve customer issues, and provide product information and assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
