Responsibilities
- Operate CLASS B vehicles for the delivery of ice products
- Load and unload goods using proper equipment and techniques
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicle is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Valid CLASS B driver's license with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 1 year of experience driving commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong navigation skills with the ability to use GPS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
