The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of our dealership’s financial transactions. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically within the car dealership sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle any other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
