Lead Office Manager
Head Office Manager (Upper East Side)
Compensation: $40-50k
Employment type: Part-time to full-time (we are flexible depending on your needs)
Family friendly swim program is seeking a head office manager. Candidate must have prior office experience and provide references. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree.
Candidate will be point person for all aspects of the business including training new office staff, managing calls, working with clients to schedule their classes, processing payments, handling all billing and payroll, ensure accuracy of books and records, billing clients, maintaining an organized work environment. Must have proficiency with excel, google drive, and web based billing. Must be detailed oriented, and have a fun and friendly demeanor to be sure our clients are happy.
Teachers, Actors, background in dance or sports a plus. Candidate should have previous experience working with parents and children.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
