Immediate opening in Human Resources at Superior Gearbox in Stockton, Missouri.
HR Coordinator
40 hours a week, 8am-5pm (some flexibility in start/stop time)
Location – Stockton MO office
Full benefits (health, dental, vision, STD, life insurance, 401(K) match)
Hourly position; $15-$18/hour depending on experience
Reports directly to Director of Accounting
Basic Job Tasks:
Processing payroll weekly for 120-ish employees
Processing new hire paperwork / orientation
Processing employee termination paperwork
Processing short term leave / FMLA paperwork
Coordinating with Director of accounting for yearly benefit renewal
Handling daily HR items with employees and management
Promoting employee engagement practices
Working with production managers on safety plan / program
Maintaining HR related account reconciliations (uniforms, employee AR, benefit deductions, etc)
Must be able to pass a drug screen,
no felonies
Human Resources experience preferred
