What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Clinical Quality Value Analysis position at Penn Highlands Healthcare?
The Manager, Clinical Quality Value Analysis will be responsible for leading a system wide value analysis process with the goal of providing high quality, efficient and cost effective service. This process will require the establishment and adherence to a streamlined method for standardizing and monitoring product/service selection, utilization and costs. Will provide clinical and strategic expertise that facilitates supply expense management while continuously improving quality, safety and satisfaction. Actively work with members of the health care team to assist them with product conversions, which will include listening to concerns, mediating user issues with manufacturers, and following up on product quality concerns. The CQVA will serve staff as both an educator and mentor on the value analysis process. Works strategically and tactically to identify, analyze, decide and implement best practices and expense management initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or related clinical discipline required
- Ten years clinical experience and Five years progressive supervisory experience required
- Acute Care experience, proven management skills, including performance, projects, quality and change management required
- Background in critical care or peri-operative nursing preferred
- Value analysis or consulting experience in a large health system required
