Summary:
- To repair or replace parts of hospital Mechanical equipment and parts of building requiring semi skilled work in different types of trades.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with snow removal, and other duties as required.
- Effectively carries out repairs to the plumbing, communications, HVAC and electrical system, throughout the Hospital.
- Accurately troubleshoots and repairs various hospital equipment.
- Proficient in the use of the Hospital’s energy management system.
- Keeps accurate records and logs as necessary.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry out routine functions in the power plant such as blow downs, water analysis and minor troubleshooting and repairs.
- Responds to all emergency and STAT calls.
Credentials:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License required.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
