The Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for providing recruiting support and information, and participating in activities to support sales management in achieving the firm's recruiting objectives.

Responsibilities
Assists management with recruiting activities such as; scrubbing databases, bulk mailings, advertising, Internet, coordinating career seminars.
Identifies and contacts prospective financial professionals and schedules appointments for the candidates to meet with the firm’s management team.
Conducts initial candidate interviews and testing as requested by sales management.
Maintains recruiting tracking system
Works with the candidates to complete all necessary licensing and registration paperwork in accordance with company policy
Maintains recruiting materials
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
Remains current in profession and industry trends.
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)

Required Experience
Minimum of one year related experience Preferred
Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
