Job Summary:
Our Corporate Sales Director seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in industrial sales, account management, or related field.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Experience in outside sales, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and developing business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
