Overview:

Provide support in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including staff management, departmental events, special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. Additionally will provide broad administrative support to department senior leadership.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic planning initiatives as well as creating, producing and reporting on applicable metrics and key performance indicators
- Create and produce reports that support achieving defined targets
- Create vendor scorecard data and presentations
- Source, coordinate and manage off-site and special events
- Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations
- Support the Third Party Strategy and Operations teams with data analysis and problem solving
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field required
- Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- SQL query writing skills strongly preferred
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
- Must possess superior analytical skills
- Financial Services/mortgage industry experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
