Pediatric Phone Nurse Duties:

  • Provide nurse phone triage
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Educate and assist patients
  • Order labs and follow up on lab tests
  • Call in prescriptions and refills
  • Obtain drug and Medicaid supplement authorizations
  • Maintain IV Therapy qualification
  • Perform Urine Catheterization
  • Obtain STAT authorizations/referrals

Pediatric Phone Nurse Qualifications:

  • Prior medical office experience is preferred
  • Valid FL Nursing License (RN/LPN)
  • Ability to work under stressful situations
  • Excellent computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
