Janitor/Maintenance

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning floors, doors and stairwells.
• General cleaning in the yard.
• Maintain the upkeep of the facility, including performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including offices, common spaces, and restrooms.
• Use various cleaning tools and equipment, such as mops, brooms, and industrial cleaning solutions.
• Participate in facility maintenance, including performing routine checks and addressing and issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols.
