Teller

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or teller operations. Your role as a teller will be to provide exceptional service to members, handle routine transactions, and be knowledge about the products and services of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Process a variety of member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfer efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Assist members with account inquiries, providing information on balances, statement issues, and fees.
• Respond to member concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• Verify member identification and information to protect against fraud.
• Assist in opening new accounts and providing information on account options and benefits.
• Adhere to security protocols to protect assets and member information.
