People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations in a dynamic office environment. A successful candidate will have the ability to work with minimal direct supervision, efficiently multi-task, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a pleasant demeanor, professional presentation, telephone courtesy, excellent writing ability, and outstanding communication skills, written and oral. The successful candidate should also be comfortable with task management and Microsoft office applications, familiar with correspondence protocols, and willing to quickly learn procedures for routing staffing packages for review by senior Government officials.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating tasks to Offices of Primary/Coordinating Responsibilities (OPR/OCR).
- Preparing routing and coordination documentation required to complete tasks.
- Performing route tasks to appropriate approvers within deadlines stated within tasks.
- Ensuring tasks are completed within suspense stated within tasks.
- Organizing and maintain electronic records for Directorate Front Office.
- Preparing and organize weekly staff meetings.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements, as needed.
- Approving travel arrangements and vouchers in the defense travel system (DTS).
- Processing security requests within 72 hours of receipt.
Required Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum Required Experience:
- Must possess 2 to 8 years of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience using, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of, and skill in correct usage of, English grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and style
- Demonstrated experience in the use of the telephone and voicemail
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
