Growth Marketer Job Roles & Responsibilities
The PeopleLift Growth Marketer:
Insights – Drives Knowledge:
- Leverages strong analytical skills to identify company and market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and acts accordingly
- Utilizes company and market intelligence to make informed fact-based decisions
- Identifies attractive target market segments and target customers
- Develops list of strategic hypotheses for consideration in growth strategy development
Strategy – Drives Effectiveness
- Develops and executes company’s growth strategy and plan in conjunction with senior leadership team
- Develops content/positioning strategy in support of Value Proposition
- Develops products/solutions roadmap
- Installs pricing strategy to optimize profitability
- Aligns Marketing program development around Top 3-5 Growth Levers
- Creates omnichannel go-to-market strategy leveraging multiple traditional and digital channels
Execution – Drives Efficiency
- Defines MKtg goals and objectives and creates programs to meet/exceed targets
- Identifies opportunities to create and implement brand-leading campaigns
- Owns and executes organic performance marketing and affiliate marketing
- Reports, recommends and iterates on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Runs AB / MVT experiments to optimize performance
- Develops dashboards/KPIs to measure program effectiveness and adjust as necessary
- Drives Org Linkage – Alignment – Funding – Resourcing thru Execution
