JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and organized, director of marketing who will implement positive marketing initiatives for People's Family of Corporations. Ideal candidates will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead marketing projects. Director of Marketing applicant must have extensive experience in marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to manage ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously. The Director of Marketing will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads development and implementation of marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Lead product development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies. Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research,
- Find innovative ways to connect with target audience.
- Oversee and managing all social media marketing platforms.
- Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms.
- Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies.
- Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures.
- Attend conferences, meetings, in order to stay current on market trends and new research.
- Oversee planning of special events and fundraisers.
- Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Identifies new market segments that will benefit the agency.
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for People's Family of Corporations.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.
- Present frequent progress reports to executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
