Responsibilities
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Sr. Cyber Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.
The Sr. Cyber Security Analyst will act as a cyber resilience and Risk Management Framework (RMF) expert supporting the government customer as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) advisor. The analyst will work on-site with the government team as a cyber expert for multiple science and technology prototype efforts.
Duties Include:
- Review and advise the government on the quality of proposals and system architecture from S&T project performers and system developers
- Author cyber contractual language for future S&T projects or phases of existing projects
- Ensure contractual language guides project performers and system developers to design cyber-resilient systems
- Deliver detailed system architecture which will provide all necessary RMF documentation information
- Act as the IA manager and main point of contact for cloud efforts supporting S&T projects
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- CISSP or equivalent certification per DOD 8570 for IAM Level III
- 8 years of related work experience
- Strong communication and customer skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity
- Strong background in Aviation or real time-critical system
- Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies and procedures
- Experience writing and reviewing contracts for IT or software
- Experience reviewing contractual deliverables
- Travel: 10%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, CIS (4 additional years of experience may be in lieu of degree)
