Responsibilities and Qualifications

 

The primary role of the Sales Consultant / F&I Trainee is to work with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process to the final sale. The Sales Consultant / F&I Trainee builds a portfolio of customers utilizing the customer management database to manage their customer's buying experience and for future repeat business. Introduce customers to the dealership's financing opportunities, selling insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts, and other exciting new products. While providing exceptional customer service to ensure an easy and enjoyable car buying experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Contact and create appointments from leads via phone and email

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others

Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Proven customer service experience

Prior highline luxury brand experience in sales a plus

Superior communication and customer service skills

Excellent follow-through skills

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
