This role is responsible for:
- Certify pallet inventory
- Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
- Provide coaching/counseling to Builders on Pallet building practices
- Provide feedback to PAS on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities
- Perform Daily cycle counts and reconciliations, researching all variances
- Assist Inventory Coordinator with overseeing all inventory accounts and records.
- Ensure that all stock complies with the quality standards of the organization
- Perform and supervise timely inventory audits.
- Record all breakage, rework, OOD and Donations
- Ensure proper rotation of product using FIFO accounting method
- Assist with Gate, Transport, and/or bulk & route coverage when needed
Key Accountabilities:
- Track each load accurately
- ILA HHC used on all pallets
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources
- Coach “Loaders” on proper product rotation
- Recommend process improvements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights/weekends)
- Prior Warehouse Checker experience (preferred)
- Demonstrates ability to lead others
- Demonstrates ability to provide coaching and feedback
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
