Peraton is looking for a creative and motivated candidate to add to our team as a Print Ad Tech! In this position you will be part of a team designs print and online content through layout design, image and logo placement, product descriptions, disclaimers and pricing. Primary Responsibilities
Understand the target audience and apply design strategy to layouts
Coordinate approval processes and make edits according to feedback
Collaborate with other team members in print advertising, photography and Merchandising Departments
Maintain progress of multiple sale pages through various stages of the design/routing process
Review all work for accuracy and consistency
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Write persuasive headlines and copy when requested
Ensure all deadlines are met
Assist your team with clipping art, proofing, editing and participating in creative reviews
Photoshop and edit art to meet Menards and Print Advertising standards
Any other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Manager

Position Requirements
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required
Adhere to brand and retail strategies
Excellent team player
Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines is essential
Must be open-minded to change
Must have strong work ethic and be able to take direction
Experience with PC Computers strong desired
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook)
